St. Ferdinand School complies with the health requirements set forth by Illinois State Board of Education in accordance with the rules of the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Student health records are maintained in the office, and must be updated as needed.

New students, students entering kindergarten, students entering second grade, and students entering sixth grade all need to update their health records.
